During Covid, music got quiet but thanks to Facebook Live and YouTube I was able to get some new music out there.  And then, SDSB -- the Social Distance Street Band -- emerged.  This has been a great band experiencer.  Based in the Marina District, in San Francisco, we have been giving outdoor, masked-distanced, performances (except during lock-down) and have been having a ton of fun!   Stop by, our next show will be Sunday, April 18, at 4pm.  3400 block of Broderick Street.  Mask and flask.

It's been a busy 2019.  I'm now playing regularly at The Grotto at Fisherman's Wharf and still at Reed & Greenough piano bar, but have been playing many parties, life celebrations and events this year.  Many are private events, but here are some public ones coming up in the next week or so:

This Thursday, Feb 14.  Heartless! -- a fun un-Valentine's event at Madrone Art Bar, 6:30-8:30pm.  I'll be playing a repertoire of only dark love songs, including J. Geil Band's Love Stinks, Tina Turner's What's Love Got to Do With it, Kanye's Heartless, Soft Cell's Tainted Love, and many more.  Come and sing along!

Friday, Feb 22.  Denise & Larry Harmonies -- at La Promenade Cafe, 7-9pm.  From The Eagles and Beatles to Fleetwood Mac, R.E.M. and much more.

Back at The Grotto on Feb 16 and going forward.

Tis the season for Christmas music, jolly sing-alongs, Peanuts tunes, and seasonal instrumentals.  I've snuck in a few original compositions for good measure ;)

Played for a holiday gathering and tree lighting at the Diablo Country Club and a couple of wonderful house parties, including Sausalito overlooking the boat parade.  (We took a break for the fireworks).
